It's not the drivers, there are stupid drivers everywhere. But in Europe insurance companies require dash cams for proof of what happened, so you get to see more accidents from there than here because they record everything. I my opinion it is a great idea, cuts down on fraud

Just going to cross Russia off of the list of places I want to go. Imagine the things that could be recorded if they required dash cams in the US.

that's how it is pretty much! I'm from Russia(even tho live in the states) but my brother is there still and has a dash cam on all the time! He drives a land rover tho... Can't make him to switch over to the jeeps:/

1) Driving fast on a snow/ice covered roads.
2) The guy near the end that cuts in front of another car and gets smacked by a truck, then gets out.
