Your passenger with the back problems, can own him. I mean you can too, but the thing about back problems is many aren't able to be diagnosed. I cracked my T-3 and T-4. The xrays and mri now look great, but I still have pain from it. I hope she will be ok, cause a lifetime of back pain from one stupid decision sucks

wow! you guys are lucky to be in as good a shape as you are. jeep took a beating. i agree with everyone else. no excuse for something like that too happen. your vehicle and your lives are not worth a night of drinking. make that person pay for his mistake. only way you're going to teach him a lesson.

sry guys havent looked back on this thread but ya, ive got an attorney and all that got 6800 for the jeep, not bad figuring i paid 4600. But the attorney will take care of all the other things.
