Bad parking?

Driving down from my camp site this morning I came across this idiot... Some back story to this: Last night was a kind of festival thing in Crested Butte called Vinotok. We camped at this place near by that a bunch of people stay at. As we were leaving this morning we came across this guy. I stopped by to offer help and was told by the driver (the guy behind the jeep in the red, not the guy in green) to "F*** off" and that he was calling a tow truck even though "I could get out if I wanted to with my hi-lift." What happened is that he drunkenly parked last night, he parked extremely close to the overhanging edge which, shockingly, collapsed sometime last night. Moral of the story: Dont be an idiot and dont be an ******* to people trying to help you with the capability to do so. Guess he just wanted to spend mommy and daddy's money on a tow truck instead.

No joke, right? Heard from some friends that were camping near the driver and his group that he most likely just backed off the edge.

Well it was very nice of you to offer assistance. I could of imagine this guy was a bit embarassed. Telling you to f-off was not cool and walking away from it is the best thing you could do and not get involved. It's funny though as I look at this picture it seems a gentle nudge from the front would of fixed all of the problems lol! Great pic.

Most likely that he was just embarrassed about how careless he was! Talk about losing one’s cool.
