...fortunately everyone was ok. We weren't going at a very high rate of speed. The airbags didnt even deploy.

Your tires are cupping badly.... you should get the alignment checked, tires balanced and the shocks replaced!

Rocomendation : Before signing the paperwork after repairs.(remeber this is your legal right)... Take the vehicle to at least 2 Professional dealers and pay for an inspection. I know you don't want to spend any more money. Your probley only talking about $100 or so, but other machanics WILL FIND STUFF... I had a guy rear end my new Cobra (150 mile or so)and the same advise was given to me by a friend. The second mechanic at a Dodge dealership found the right rear frame rail on had one spot weld holding it together. The first time I would have gotten on it I probley would have planted it into the nearest deadliest object. That mechanic probley saved my life. It was about $50 for the inspection. Took him 2 hours. Saving my life.....PRICELESS!!!!

That sux. Hope if you do keep it, you do not have transfer case issues later. However, looks like a good time for the AEV high fender kit.

sorry to hear what happened, important thing is that no one on your end was hurt,

side note,

the front tire in the 3rd picture looks like it is worn unevenly ( really bad )
rotate tires every 6k miles
