Back in 2010

This was back in late 2010. My mother and i were heading to dinner when a woman in a XJ pulled out in front of us. We were going 65 she turned left in front of us. There was no time to stop. The woman busted her window with her head, but other than that was fine. I was the passenger, could not get out of the car. Luckily off duty EMS worker was behind us(in the pics). Got hauled off to the hospital with a fractured arm, neck. Broke a few ribs and wrist. Mother broke forearm and wrist. Worst part is that my mother had her last car payment due 2 days after the accident. And I was out when i had finals to do.
On top of that we looked her up on FB and she talked all kinds of crap about someone "wreaking" her car. Like seriously you got the tickets, and cant spell.
Sorry for the bad photos the camera was damaged in the accident.

That sucks!
I had a guy pull out in front of me a year ago, I did the same thing as you & looked him up on FB. He was posting the same stuff about the wreck. Called me an idiot, said the only reason he got a ticket was because of his color...etc...
Some folks just won't ever take the blame.
