2001 WJ vs. 2005 Ford F-350

I was driving up Mount Rose Highway August of 2007, heading up to Tahoe to see my parents for my moms birthday. I was a little rushed.. not going too fast, maybe 5 to 15 over the limit. I came up to on of the first sharp corners where the recommended speed is 25, I entered the corner at 40.
I also have to say that I was close to the yellow line, as I was about to tuck into the corner... but a truck started coming down the hill.. I jerked the steering wheel to the inside of the corner, created understeer and slid into the F-350.. Going from this

TO THIS

Needless to say, i dont go fast on that highway anymore

Amazingly, I only had a bruised wrist, scraped arm and a bruised chest from the seat belt. Thank God!

EDIT: Both vehicles were totaled. Sad for the Jeep.. Good for the ford...

You mean they are still going to let you drive something other than a big wheel. Glad you are ok.

Sad for the Ford...................he/she was on the correct side of the road!

I love my Super Duty, and so does my WJ, since it pulls it places.
