What are some good wheeling places? I know about Uwharrie, but I was looking for something fairly local, like near W-S, greensboro, hickory, thomasville...etc..

thanks

I have no idea, but deff would like to know too. Calante or w.e past Boone in Tennessee was awesome. A guy told me about a small area off 40 between Burlington and Greensboro, but i can't remember what exit he said to take.

I live in Greensboro, also heard about this. I think its just mud though. I know where some private places are but its a 45 minute drive... youd nearly be to Uwharrie.
