Had a great time yesterday! Nice meeting you Chris, Stan, and Glen. Can't wait to go next year, hopefully without the rain! Makes you feel kinda good when you come off Daniel in a stock jeep without damage (except I'm now missing my seat cover)! Now I know why the guy in the parking lot unloading the rock buggy give us two thumbs up when he thought we did the whole trail the first time.

Great trip guys! Following that map while driving was not my idea! I am used to my wife constantly giving directions (29 years of them to be exact). I had an awesome time and promise never to be in the lead again! Can't wait to go back. Funny how none of the markers on Daniel had a 90 on them Now if I don't see a number I will head the other way!

I'm glad you lead Glenn. I wouldn't have known where to start. Here are a few more. I'm still waiting on my buddy Stan's stuff from his phone.

I'm proud to say I recognize most of those shots on Daniel Looks pretty identical weather wise to what we saw Sunday. Sloppy, but fun. We did the "bypass" on Daniel (going the other way through the trail) right where the red TJ is in the above pics, but even it was so slippery we had to use a winch an pulley to keep from going down the hill into the woods. I don't think I'll be hitting that one again with out at least 35's, lockers, and a lot more lift :-)

I want to hit up the next event you guys go to and scare my fiancee a little.

Dry and 33's you would walk it up or down.

We were talking today about maybe trying to hit Brown Mountain on New Years or maybe Callalantee in Mountain City, TN just after New Years.
