Think it's gonna happen - or all hype?

It's going to suck if it does happen. My jeep will be at a buddies shop getting worked on all day friday.

If it does, try some of the forest roads, running out of Del Rio, up to Max Patch, NC. They are tame during the year, but with them running across the top of the Blue Ridge, they get dumped with snow. My son and I run them all the time when we (WNC area) get the "Northwest Flow" snow events. I;ve seen an inch in Asheville, NC, be over 4 feet on the mountains! Fun times!

We were in the Smokys just before Christmas when the snow came through. We were staying in a cabin in the hills around Wears Valley. If not for the Jeep, the whole family would have been stuck in a hotel .

I also had my first experience with getting hit by the wall of snow a snow plow is throwing around . Now I know to get out of the way....lesson learned.

I just talked with my dad and out near Tellico Plains there is already and inch on the ground and that came in about 45 mins.

We might actually see some decent snow.

I live in West Knoxville and it's sticking to the yard and Jeep right now. Only snowed about 20 minutes.. I hope this is legit!

Over here....2 inches so far. Started around 3, dropping an inch an hour. We had 16-18 inches, back on the 18th of December.

Man, that's a ton of snow Enka! I just drove around here in Knox. Obviously grass and everything are covered. Roads weren't when I first went out. But now it's starting to slush. It's 30° out right now.
