North SC/South NC offroading

I live in Lancaster which is near Charlotte. Any good places to go wheeling close by?

URE is a great place to go. Not much in your area that's legal other than private land. 2 of my clubs members live in Lancaster, I will ask them and see if there is anything closer.

There is a pretty good sized group form jeep forum heading to Uwharrie next weekend, and it seems someone is always planning a trip.

Barletts just opened up in Pickens, its probabal a 45 minute to an hour driv for ya
