We are going 'exploring'. So hit up the FS roads that are nearby off GA53. I have a map, GPS and some others that have been in the area before. Nothing is set in stone.

Are you still planning on riding this weekend? Looks like you may have some wintery mix Friday night into Saturday Morning. That could make some of these roads a little tricky. I am still working on a few things to try and make it. But if I do not and it gets any kind of wintery mix the road up to amicolola from Nimbwell will be slick. Ride safe.

I am going regardless. I think we are up to almost 10 people 'confirmed' right now but some will probably drop out.

Anybody making the trip up from south of Atlanta?

Haven't been off of pavement since October and would like to get out of town for a bit. My wife and I are thinking of making the trek up from Fayetteville.

My fiance and I are thinking about joining. She has never been off the pavement and it has been far to long for myself. We live about 8 miles from the HomeDepot.

I can't make this one, but let me know of any future rides around March or April when my Jeep is fixed. I love it up there. Thanks.

Depending on how much snow actually sticks in N. Georgia will depend on our arrival. If were not there at 9:00 we won't be there. I plan on coming as of this minute.

Sounds good. I am having to ride with someone else. My Jeep isn't finished/ready. So I am going to meet all the people there and just take pics and ride along.
