What kind of boots you guys wear wheeling?

It can get pretty nasty down here in TX with the rain we get and especially the clay. What kinda boots you guys wear when it gets really bad?

Bates black combat boots, they're gortex and waterproof. I've been in mud that would steal sneakers but my feet stay dry and warm. I wear gortex combat boots when I ride my motorcycle in the rain and they're excellent. Get any gortex combat boot and you'll be good.

I toss my Merrills under the seat and wheel barefoot. I also keep a pair of cheap-o boots I got at WalMart for $15 should I need to walk through a lot of "jagger bushes" and have been known to walk a rock trail in my bare feet.
