San Antonio/Austin area?

Curious to know how many Jeepers we have living or is from the San Antonio/Austin and surrounding area. I'll be first.

Name is Ray but I go by RG sometimes. Living in Floresville was born and raised in San Antonio.Driving a 2005 TJ Willys Edition. Only mods are a budget lift from Rubicon Express, Soft 8 rims with 30s BFG AT but hopefully that will change to 33 BFG MT by summer end. Full-time student. Going to TAMUK down in Kingsville for Spring'11. Gotta do one or two semesters at PAC but thats ok.

Hey, my name is Chuck. I know it's late; but we're trying to put a run together for tomorrow at Cline's Ranch. The owner needs at least 5 rigs to attend, so that it's "worth his while" to open up the place. Some of our guys bailed at the last minute, so we need at least 2 more. Cost is $30 per rig. Location is 1/4 mile northeast of the intersection of Park Road 37 and FM1283 (close to Medina Lake) Here is a link http://www.clineranch.com/

I decided not to buy it back. It's probably over at copart since that's where most of the wrecks end up.

The 6.1 would be nice but I'm doing JUST fine with my little 5.7.

Lackland area of SA. Bone stock '07 Rubi. We've had it about a month and really need to hit the lottery to start the mods. Far too many to dream about. I've got to work all this weekend, but the family and I are tying to find places to get dirty and have fun.

Just post and we'll try and get there.

Later.

I'm in south Austin - Also driving an '05 Willys Edition. Haven't gotten very dirty, and most of that has been on hold while I tracked down an issue that sent me around the full ring of CELs. The right part has (hopefully) finally been ordered, and I'll be back out on the trails in the next couple of weeks.

My name is David. Im up in North Austin. Ive got a silver 2004 TJ. Youll see me with the top and doors off from about early March to late November... If you see me, give a honk or a wave... Im always lookin for some guys to wheel with. My Jeep is a DD so I dont like to beat the piss out of it, but I have been known to attempt some level 4 trails out at Marble Falls...

Hidden Falls in Marble Falls, Long Ranch in Llano, Rusty's in Bastrop, Canyons in Fredericksberg, Katemcy Rock (the new one) near Mason... Those are the closest to Austin that I know of.

I looked up all those and was wondering if there was anything else that was in the SA area? I have heard of one just outside of 1604 to the NW. What else is there?

Thanks.
