Disney is a good place to get your feet wet. Dont have to have an all out rig to have a good time there.

Hey folks, guy from Stillwater here. I'm surprised I haven't seen someone from Stillwater on here yet. I see Jeeps all around town, some of them pretty tricked out with toys. I felt sure somebody would be here.

I tried starting up a club for the Stillwater Valley area (Yale, Ripley, Glencoe, Perkins, Cushing, Perry, etc. etc.). I kept a stack of small fliers in my Jeep for a while for a drive-in get together at Curly's Drive-In, and if I saw a Jeep parked I would slip it under the windshield, but nobody showed up. I don't really want to do the flier thing again because it's kind of annoying, so if you all know of anybody in the Payne County area, I'm interested in meeting up with other Jeep owners to talk Jeeps, work on Jeeps, drive Jeeps, and off-road Jeeps!

Sounds good man, but you gotta remember you own a CJ, alot of these new jeep owners are not interested in "jeep events" and they dont need to be fixed on all the time like our old CJs.

If it wasnt a 3 hour drive for me man, I would definitely hit you up

I likewise would gladly meet with you if it wasn't a 3 hour drive from Elk City.

I brought my XJ with 4.5" of lift and 31s. I did OK around Frielings but from what I have heard, Frielings is now closed. I have a buddy who has been around Clayton with a stock YJ (yeah, I know!) and while he was dragging his skid over many obsticales, he followed guys around on 33s and suprised. a lot of us.

Smokin the tires....

This is a tame trail compared to most out there....

I also had a buddy at the same time out there with a stock TJ. Note while these guys were out there, they are known to be a little hard on their rigs. Also note that they did not go alone. I am currently on 35s with 6.5" of lift locked and I wouldnt go there by myself. You can view my youtube channel in my sig and most of the videos on it were shot at Clayton.

I dont think Freilings is closed, you just need to call ahead to Mr. Freilings before you plan to run his land. He owns the house right next to the entrance of the property right off the road.
