New to Jeeps

We live in mid-Missouri and have been racers for years and are just starting out in the Jeep thing. Don't know too much about where to go. Have heard a lot about Little Sahara, but not too sure about it since when you read about it it is sand. The other place is Disney, OK. Anybody have any input on either place for a Jeep CJ7?
