Jeeping fron Sea Rim State Park to Bolivar

Has anyone taken this trip from Sea Rim State Park to Bolivar? I am trying to plan a trip and I am wondering if anyone has taken that route, were they succesful, what is the cost, what to look out for and what to stay out of?

We would like to go from Sea Rim state park to the ferrie then over to galveston for lunch.

Anyone have a route, advice and where exactly to enter and exit?

Thank you
