Central Texas...4th July weekend

Looking for some ppl that would like to make a trip for the weekend...nothing crazy just some fun trails for a day.

Weve got a few weeks, but depending on if I work the day before or after, I may be down for a trip. I will check to see if we can have fireworks out there. May be fun to wheel all day, then get a fire going, camp, and shoot off some fireworks that night... Just an idea.

There are about 5 or 6 people on here that I could almost count in, as well as a couple buddies from around Austin here that would be game. I just asked the boss lady and she said we are off on Monday the 5th. So maybe we could meet and wheel on Sunday, then camp Sunday night.

Im with you, nothing too crazy, but Hidden Falls is full of so many trails, we could tour the whole park and it would take us 2 days.

Exactly nothing to crazy, been there once and loved it, blew my power steering, beed popped of a tire, and my coil kept popping out when i had the sway bar disconnected, But fixed it all and ready for some more. My girl will be visiting me and I want to take her there before i leave for a deployment. But yea, no guns and nothing stupid and i'm sure she'll love it....I know i will.

I checked with Hidden Falls, the lady on the phone was 90% sure they were open for camping on Sunday night, since most people are off on Monday. She also said that as long as there isnt a burn ban going on, that we can bring some fireworks to shoot off in the evening.

I was thinking Meet up Sunday morning and wheel all day, then camp and do fireworks in the evening. Then probably wake up and do breakfast then possibly wheel on Monday, or just roll home. (depending on Sundays damage)

Plans are still tentative, but getting more solid as we get closer.

That sounds like a fun run. I'll plan on going but will need to get a little closer to be sure I don't have any family obligation that weekend.
