Camping near Breckinridge?

In 17 days we are going to head out to Colorado for 11 days of wheeling, camping, and a lot of scenery. On day number one we’ve decided to leave Iowa early in the a.m. and drive to Breckenridge. I know of a couple of “dispersed” camping spots halfway close by. We will get in late enough that we won’t have much time to scout out any other possible locations. Does anyone have any good suggestions on decent camping within about a half an hour or so away from Breckinridge.

Thanks,
Drew
