LOL...Not sure...I never even got the final on if he was actually gonna sell it...I know he said his wife would not be happy if he did and I know he didn't really want to. If I run by him again, I'll ask and toss it on here, just in case.

Eastern Arkansas

Hey everyone, just thought I'd post up to support the Arkansas group...lol I'm over in Eastern Arkansas, in a little town called Marion. It's right beside Memphis Tennessee. Didn't see anyone else on this side of the state so I thought I'd throw up and let ya'll know we wheel in our jeeps over here too.

I should be picking up my CJ on Thursday if all goes well. I'll be taking straight from my buddy;s house to another friend's tire shop to toss on a set of Soft 8's, then bare down for the drive back up to Fayetteville (from LR).

Would anyone be up for some mild wheeling in the NWA area on Sunday?

Keep posted/posting on here...we might be up to head to Mark Twain, if you're interested. It's a little closer to us, than you, but if you're going from LR to F-ville, then this'll seem like nothing.
My brother-in-law just got back from Florida, where he's been for 2 weeks and I know he's itching to go out as much as I am. Sunday might just be perfect.
Let me know if you'd be up to going that far and PM me a # if you want and we'll see what happens.

Where is Mark Twain? I'm sure I would be up for it though as long as it isn't too hardcore for me or my rig.

Fulton, Arkansas here....down around Texarkana. I've done some wheeling around Lake Greeson as well....lot of smaller mud bogs down here, we've got the Red River sand bars, as well as the Ozan Mud Bog...I've yet to get to Superlift in Hot Springs though.....running 35x12.50's on a D35/30, not really sure how well that'd get along with rocks.
Anybody familiar enough with those trails to know if there are a few I'd survive, given some careful driving?

At the Superlift ORP? I have not been there, but I have some friends that go and they have told me about it. From what I understand there are trails for everything from stock to comp so you shouldn't have anything to worry about as long as you trust the trail markings, and don't press your luck. I would love to go down there sometime soon. Maybe we can plan a trip, and I can get my friends that know the place pretty well to go with us.

Where we go :
Just go to Google Maps and search for "NF-197/NF-2275 @36.527310, -93.823740"(copy/paste for ease). You can choose "get directions" and start from you address in Fayetteville.
As far as the trails, they are very scenic. Nothing incredibly difficult and there are bypasses for just about every "hardcore" obstacle I can think of. My sister has taken her 02 TJ in with 2" spacers and 31's and my father-in-law has brought his TJ bone-stock with 31's. There's a couple places they take bypasses, but for the most part, they have no real issues going through it.

We're headed this way this Sunday, if anyone is interested.
