That area is right by me. I just finished my lift and after a brake line extension it should be ready to play a bit.
I'm fairly new and haven't gone on a group trip yet so it sounds like fun! The 7th sounds like a plan. Where do you all meet up? What supplies/tools/gear should I bring to help? I just noticed you meet at Atison Ranger Station...

I would reccomend some food for when you get hungry , gloves and a hat/hood, TOW HOOKS, I have a tow strap but bring one if you have one. thats about it.

Count me in too. I'm bringing my little brother as a passenger, and possible a co-worker-----she has a 04 TJ (all stock). I have a winch and a 30ft recovery strap i just got today.
Is there a specfic place you guys go in and come out or is it just a play by ear kinda thing?? BTW, i was down there yesterday. I went in the trail before Atison Ranger station (coming from rt 206 N) and went in about 2 miles. The ground was hard for the most part and there were plenty of icy puddles. |

We don't really have a plan when we go there. More of a show up and see who wants to take the lead. Last time Tru2Chevy started us the first time and then we follow Big Justin in his 87 Blazer back to quarter mile the second part of the day.

Looks like I am out. All my friends bailed and the Camaro doesn't have a lift kit yet. lol
I am picking up my Cherokee on Sunday. After that I will have no excuses as long as I am not working.

I am Jeep-less but if I can manage to buy an Xj today, throw on a lift tom and buy wheels and tires on Friday I am game for Saturday! ha or I will just go stock
