Warranty service in Chester/ Delaware County PA

I've got an 05 Wrangler TJ with a drive train warranty. I had a trans failure and they replaced the trans, but since then it has been making a whining noise at 45 when I'm applying gas. In fact, if I 'goose it' at 45 I can hear it come and go with thye tapping of the gas pedal. I took it back to the dealer and their 'transmission specialist' said that it was tire noise (that it never made before and that it makes only when I'm giving it gas?!) I took it back a second time and he said the same thing initially, and then decided that the noise was coming from the front differential (after discovering that I had an Aussie locker in the front). I took it to my mechanic and had them check it and they said that, after driving it, running it on the lift and driving it with a 6 point listening device and determined the noise is coming from the transfer case. I took it back to the dealer and they had it for another three days and said they were sure that it was the front diff. I took it back to my mechanic and he opened the whole thing up again and checked all the bearings and races, found a blemish of some sort on one of them so he replaced that and the associated bearing(s). I took it for a drive and, as expected, the noise is just the same.

All that to say, the guys at this dealership are, in my opinion, a bunch of incompetent clowns, so I'm looking for a dealership that I can take this to and get the thing fixed under warranty, but we are talking about Chrysler, so I don't want to just roll the dice again.

So the question is, does anybody have a dealership in the Northern Chester County / Southern Delaware County area that is competent to work on this thing?
