Tube Fenders in New Jersey

Are the legal to have on the road? I love the look but the jeep is my DD

No idea as NJ doesn't have clear laws as if they are or not. Mostly depends on the LEO at the time or the guy at inspection. That being the case I plan on getting them as soon as the $$$ allows.

I forget where but I found a pair that you can put flares on so they cover the tires. Looked good but costs alot.

Id say they are legal as long as your tires are covered.
