Trails along SB 83?

Hey Everyone,
I was curious if anyone knew about the trails along Southbound 83 side? I happened to notice today on my commute and wouldn't mind checking it out. I would say it extends from the route 30 junction down to the mount rose exit. If anyone from the york area is interested in doing some investigating with me or knows any info, send me a message.
