Tellico.... Who's in?

OK, if this trip is going to happen, we should start planning and set a date.

What about the June time frame? Would that work??

Any other thoughts of places in between here and there for us to wheel?????

Hmm. Early June is a jeep jamboree at PAP. Are those things worth going to?

I'd rather do Telico in the fall anyway - like september or october... Weather is better, and scheduling is easier. Plus, the Jamboree at PAP would be fun.

i agree....it would be nice to get away from the crappy weather in the fall, and go somewhere nice and warm for a week, and enjoy some good wheeling......
what's all this jamboree crap about????

Fall sounds good to me. And I just remembered GSMW is in May so fall is even better for me. And I think that place in Virginia has an event in September too. Possibly hit that on the way down?

It's a 94 5.2L Limited - trxus 33's on 15x7 steelies, 4.56s w/ front OX and rear trutrac, NP242 swap, novak shift kit, Kevin's ultimate 4.5" lift + ACOS, ARB front bumper w/warn M8000, rear tomkin machine bumper w/ tire carrier, kevin's hardore railz, kevin's ultimate tc skid, kevin's trackbar conversion, rusty's gas skid, flexalite efan, Kolak's performance ignition and brake upgrades. ViAir OBA, custom storage/sub box and I'm sure there's a bunch of other things I'm missing. Everything is a little over 3 years old with less than 10K miles. Looking to get around $4k.

OK.... So it sounds like the Fall. Works for me. I do have something planned in the Fall..... not sure of the dates, but I will try and get them soon.

This should be plenty of time for people to get their stuff together

Jeep Jamboree in Snowshoe, WV. ? I am looking to go to that event in '07, would be up for Tellico depending on the date(s).

The place is in Gore, VA. It's a Big Dogs production. http://www.bigdogsoffroad.com/

This year they had GSE and Main Jambo at the same time in September.

I'm in if I can get a pop-up camper before then (or if Tom & Jaime bring the camper)... I don't want to camp in a tent for a whole week

Yeah that shouldn't be a problem. Just as long as it's not the same week as the Dover Nascar race we should be able to get the camper, my parents take it to the race for the week and that was the only week they said we couldn't use it. I'm also working on getting my dad to agree to let us extend the bunk beds so people can actually use them too.

Hehe... I don't think I'd mind the box as long as the bed is padded softer than the floor

I'm short, I could probably fit in it just fine
