Rocks near south jersey?

Does anyone know where to find some rocks near south jersey, maybe even central jersey, close by delaware or even p.a. I dont want to travel 3 hrs to rausch creek. I'm looking for something close to home. I'm located in gloucester county.

im in gloucester county too and the biggest rocks youll find in sj are the size of granules of sugar, aka sand. south jersey is pretty much all at sea level so you wont find anything good unless you go to pa or northern new jersey. even central jersey youll be hard pressed to find something. if you do, then please let me know

Head to Raucsh or buy a Reading permit next year. Either way you're going to need to pack your bags and travel a little.

3 hours is close for a wheeling spot on the East Coast. It's not like we're out west where there's abundant open public land.
