Oswego, NY offroading

Is there any place to go offroading that is near Oswego NY or near syracuse, NY

If you head up to Lewis county and north there is just miles of trails. Friends of mine have a house just outside of Constableville, NY. There is just miles of snowmobile trails, 80% of which are open to driving in the summer. They range from hard pack to some muddy stuff.

oh yeah dude, head to tugg hill. it has snowmobile, 4X4, and off road trails allllllllll day
