I am a pro and do everything myself so I don't have any first hand experience with these shop's work.

I do however personally know the guys from Kryptonite, and have even done some work for them in the past. They are a small start-up 1 bay shop and had some growing pains in the beginning, but they seem to be working through them and improving. There are things they can do, and some that they can't. They hit some bumps in the road with their first few gear jobs but seem to have a handle on it now (they were wrapping up gears and arb's in a JK when I stopped in last Friday). They do a lot of suspension lifts. I don't know what the extent of their electrical work is though, that's what they had me help them with last year (4.2 carb to 4.0 MPI swap).
