Favorite / Nice CT drives

Just wanted to hear everyone's favorite drives to take in CT with the top down..Like, down to the shore, etc..Looking for some neat new places to go with my girl after work to kill a few hours..

I like lenny + joes, and going down to the boardwalk in niantic, etc.

If you head up Rte 395 N to woodstock/pomfret area, there are alot of great roads, open views...its a nice clean country area. I take the jeep beginning of fall for apple picking w/ gf, she loves top down sweater weather.
