Any shops specifically focused on upgrades/mods on Long Island?

Theoretically speaking, if one had a bunch of money to burn and a stock WK, is there a shop on Long Island who are very experienced with jeeps who could take the stock WK and turn it into a "RIG" using the owner's vision as a guide? Theoretically speaking, the owner would not know much about the jeep but would know what he/she liked from other jeeps and what the end result should be.

Any shops on Long Island have this type of accolade or experience?

Dude, thank you so much this is exactly what I was looking for. Have you gotten any work done there? Shall I mention where I heard of them from?

Rich does awsome quality work. I would not think twice about rolling out of the shop at RMS and driving cross country with the Jeep after having work done there.

I have never had work done by him, I did buy a highlift jack from him after the truck shop ****ed me.

It was going to be a Bday gift to a friend and the truck shop told me 3 days. well 3 months later they still did not have it and actually yelled at me when I said forget about it.

RMS had it in a day and half. This was years ago before the internet was so big other wise I would have gotten it myself.

But anyway the owner was a good guy and looked like he had a tight shop with some real quality trucks.

Good Luck!

...bump up from the dead

I might be buying a YJ this weekend after an 18 year "Jeep hiatus".

There used to be a store/install shop on RT 110 in Farmingdale.
However, I'm not even sure if it still exist and I forgot the name.

The seller of the YJ has a 4" lift and I'm trying to figure out what he may have paid for the parts & install.
I'm sure he's working that $-amount into the sale price.

Any #'s or websites would be helpful

I'm actually having my gears installed at the Truck Shop on the 10th. I'll let you know how it goes.
