4WD shops in delaware

my uncle bought a 01 rubi with a 5 inch RE lift sitting on some 35's.
his description of it to me sounds like its got some serious death wobble. he lives in DE so me looking at it isn't that possible. he's a great guy and its his first jeep so id like to find a GREAT shop to refer him too. if anyone knows of any in DE (more specifically the dover area) please post up. thanks guys,
