WJ wheels on a WK

I know there are lots of questions out there as to whether WJ wheels will fit on a WK or not...well I thought I did my homework, but I must've missed something.

I have a 2005 WK and wanted some cheap wheels to run snow tires on, so I found a set of WK 17" wheels...the bolt pattern is the same, and according to wkjeeps and wjjeeps the backspacing and offset is the same, so I bought the wheels. So I mounted up the tires and balanced them and put them on at home tonight.

As soon as I backed out of the garage I could hear the grinding. The front wheels grind on the calipers.

How can that be if the offset, back spacing and bolt pattern all should be identical? Any thoughts?
