where can I find crappy steel wheels for cheap?

I want to get crappy steel wheels to powder coat and put on my grand Cherokee... I just can seem to find anything cheap I need 15x8 wheels (or 16x8) with a 4.5 bolt pattern... when I mean crappy i mean surface rust or bad coat of paint no bent wheels or anything.. Does anyone know where to find any in PA preferably the Lehigh Valley or Tamaqua area...

Try Craigslist. There is usually lots of stock wheels to be had relatively cheap.
