Which wheels look best? Considering changing out steel wheels. Opinions needed!
Hey guys! I'm kind of torn between wheels on my TJ. I've got a set of 15x10 cragar streetlocks on it right now, but I'm not a huge fan of them anymore. I don't like polished aluminum, so that throws out a lot of choices. Give me your opinion on what you think I should do! I'm considering throwing a set of ravines or canyons with 1.25" wheel spacers on it or switching it up to something different. I've seen canyons and ravines cheap on craigslist in my area, so that's why it's close to the top of my list. I've got a set of charcoal grizzlies and silver grizzlies sitting in the shop, but I don't think a 15x7 wheel would look good with my 33's. Here's my options:
-Keep the streetlocks
-Ravines w/ wheel spacers
-Canyons w/ wheel spacers
-One of the sets of grizzlies I've already got w/ wheel spacers
-Another type of wheel I haven't listed (If so, tell me what kind)
Tell me what you think! Thanks! Here's a pic of it right now.

Appearance is personal to you. Do what you like! For something like that don't pay attention to a bunch of faceless login names on the internet.

X2
You have to look at it everyday, Not us. But i had the same wheels and got tired of them as well. I went back to a old school style i had in 15x8". They are polished, But i have never and most likely will never take the time to do so. IMO they look better dull. Good luck either way

Here's a pic of my rig with 33's, I've always loved Ravines and Moabs. Picked these Ravines up for CHEAP and when I move to 12.5's I'm just gonna use some spacers.

I love the look of factory wheels with 33's. I just don't know how the silver wheels will look with my tan and black theme? Does anybody have a picture of grizzlies or eccos running oversize tires, like a 32 or 33? I know they are only 7" wide, so I don't know if it would work with a set of 33x12.50's.

Just so happens I also have a 4-banger that I used to have the same tires mounted on grizzlies, 7" can be done on a 12.5 tire but it'll look overweight lol. Not sure about the tan I'd probably stick w/ black

That looks great! Are those 10.50's or 12.50's? Do you have anymore pics of that Jeep? Also, were you running wheel spacers or anything on it?

The rims/tires are on the Jeep and paid for. Invest the money in something else or leave it in the bank...
Just a suggestion...

I got an offer to trade for a set of polished aluminum 15x10 Mickey Thompson classic locks today. I don't think the polished would look good on my Jeep though.

I used paint to add a set of canyons to mine. What do you think? I'm still completely undecided. I don't know which way I want to go

Personally I like deep dish silver painted or brushed aluminum wheels. Medium-sized spokes...not like the Gambler/OUtlaw wheels. Flat slab faced wheels just don't look good to me.
