What would you pay for a evenly worn set of Goodyear Kevlar wranglers

I'm looking for some tires to replace my worn out claws. Guy has a set of Goodyear wranglers 35s that would fit my 15 inch wheels. They are in good shape and about half tread all around. What are they worth? It's not my DD so even at half tread they would last a while for me.

50% tread, used tire is worth at most, half the price of retail.

I'd shoot for 25-30% of retail price and that assumes they are evenly worn. If they are worn uneven, I'd pass.

And I'd definitely verify the 50% tread claim with a tread depth measurement. Seems like used tire sellers frequently like to exaggerate how much tread is remaining.

I always carry or have in the vehicle, A tread depth gage. Best ones are Milton's, The others are 1-2/32's off. For $5 bucks, Its worth the money.
But it cost $100 anymore to M&B so its thing to factor in unless you own a machine or BL's. At the point they are, Id would offer $450-$500 tops. To each their on, Good luck
