What tires are these?

What tires are these and where can I find them? I've been looking for a solid hour trying to find this out.

Reminds me of a General but I don't believe there is a General that looks exactly like that.

They are kind of patterned like generals, I'd agree. Now that I look closer it's almost like both tires are slightly different.

They do look different. Wouldn't be suprised if they were one-offs some company gave to PS to test.
