Looks like either a BFG All-Terrain or a General Grabber.

did a little more research im confident they are procomp all terrains anyone know the quality of there tires

Definitely a General Grabber, looks like an AT2.

I have them, and those look exactly the same as mine.

96 ZJ : IRO 3.5in Lift, 31x10.5 General Grabber AT2's, ARB Front Bumper, XRC10 winch, other misc mods.

Those are definetly not Procomp, which I think is good, because in my experience they produce absolute ****.

these are the procomp all terrains i cant tell the difference i think these are the previously pictured tires i honestly cant tell the difference between the two

ya its not a close pic and this will probally make things more confusing. the letting appers to say procomp and mud terrains but that doesnt really match up thats only making me more confused
