245/75R16 is the closest, but you'll need a 16" wheel.

255/80R15 would be the metric equivalent of 31x10.50R15 in terms of size & diameter, but good luck finding that size.

if they dont carry 31x10.50R15 then find a different store.

Doesn't anyone use the search function anymore?

The EXACT same question already asked and answered. Take a look at my post on page 1.

Asked almost every day...

Also, Google is very handy.
Here's a great resource for looking for tire sizing:
Wheel / tire size calculator / comparer - BIGCUSTOMWHEELS

and another great one is go to tirerack.com, pick a common tire (such as BFG KO) and look at the specs chart.... Tire Specs for BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO

boy it would be great if someone would just answer this question or at least give sizes that are around the same size . Great for you to just walk into the tire shop and ask your buddy , stationed over seas isnt so easy and Im not paying 100$ or more for tire just for shipping . SO please just give me a size in metric that is really close to 31/10.5R15 , PLEASE Im really hurting for tires and my geolanders are bald , please tell me to search .
