tj lug conversion

Where can I get a lug conversion kit to go from 5x4.5 to 5x5?

I used ebay, now I just buy the wheels I want/need...its easier that way and safer.

A simple google search for adaptors showed lots of results. Buy quality ones not cheap ones and be sure to install properly. If you do that nothing unsafe about them.
