Tires for Lift

Hi I have a 2010 Jeep JK 2-door SPORT stock and I drive it to school all week and around town but I want that cool lifted jeep look and be able to be a once a month weekend woarrior but I want to keep what little good gas mileages I get I will let go of a little but not much I dont want to run 35's more like a 33's or 32's can i run these on a stock rim I will eventually change rims but I dont have the money now what kind of lift do you recommend also for a person on a budget
