Hey Trooper,
I got a '95 Rio Grande, the largest you can go is 30" tires and on some of those you'll even rub at full turn. You can technically fit 31" tires under the flares but you won't do much off-road with that size and you'll definately rub on full turn. I put Pirelli Scorpian AT's on mine and they rub just barely. There's a way to add washers to fix this but I haven't figured out where they go yet and it hasn't been too big of a problem. Some people here can help you with that.

I put 31's on my 87 on I did shave some fiberglass off the flares just by driving around town. If you are big into offroading then go with the 30's or lift.
