Tire questions for a 99 Sport TJ

Im running 33x12.5 Goodyear MTR's on my 99 Sport with a 4" suspension lift right now. My tires are going to need replaced in the next few months and m trying to find a nice tire. The main things Im after is a tire that will give me better than average in the winter snow, low road noise, and something that looks aggressive. My driving is about 90% on pavement and maybe an occassional light trail, and I usually drive 60+mph. Id like to keep a budget of under 1000 for 5 tires if that helps at all and I would consider 31's to 33's. Are treadwrights something I should consider for the price or can you recommend something to me?
