Tire help

Iam lifting my 2002 jeep libery with a 2.5 Coil, shock , strut lift . Everything I read recommends a tire size of 245 75 16
Prematurely I bought 17 inch rims , do I have to eat em or is there a tire size that will work for me on a 17 inch rim
Thanks
