I have a 2001 Jeep Cherokee Sport and have had 225/75/R15 Size tires on it and never had a problem. Even though I looked on the door panel and discovered that the manufacturer calls for 215/75/R15's. I couldn't find find the size that's on there in all terrain so I had to get 235/75/R15 Goodyear Wrangler All Terrain. I saw on the forum that others have put that size on a 98 Jeep Sport. . Are these size gonna be ok? I only paid a little over 400.00 so I hope so...

I think you can run a 30x9.5" stock so a 235/75 is about 29", so I think you're fine. What's on the door is probably what that particular Jeep came with, but it doesn't mean it's the limit.

A lot of TJ's came with BS 215/75/15, but you can run a 31x10.5x15 with no problem.
