super swamper tsl's
I just bought a jeep and it has some super swamper tsl bias plys on it. I havent driven it yet because i'm in the process of repairing it but I'm not sure the tires are going to be a good enough tire to run on the street. my question is are these tires even ok to run on the street?

Sure, just don't expect them to last too long, or handle like a more street friendly tire. I would also imagine they aren't too well mannered with bad weather so be careful in rain/sleet/snow.

mine are noisey and a little bumpy on the road, they handle fine on dry roads and great offroad, but suck in rain/snow.

I daily drive my TSL's, and they are holding up great. In the rain they are a little tricky, but they surprised me up in Vermont over Thanksgiving. They handled climbing our icy driveway without a problem, and tackled some mountain climbing in the snow. Check my post in the Jeep Registry Photos section.
