A stiff ride (due to one of the strongest sidewalls out there) and noisy - but very good off-road. After I put a set on my old YJ - I referred to it as "The Cessna," 'cause it sounded like an airplane when on the freeway.

Well... all I can say is that mine were. They were the 34x9.50's on 15x7 Sahara rims.

I guess it could annoy some people but I really love the noise they make. Great in the mud, not too road friendly, but mines a dd and I make due with it. Im a bit worried about snow though (Just put them on in june).

I haven't put them on my jeep (yet), but I've had a '79 & a '96 F-250 both lifted and I used Super Swamper radials - they are very loud, I can only imagine what it'll sound like in a soft top (I can't wait). Very good traction off-road, but imagine running on pavement with football cleats and that's kind-of how they are on wet pavement so be careful. Going down the freeway at 75mph sounds like your in an airplane. Make sure you get them balanced at a shop that knows what they're doing.

What about the Trxus MT. How are they in mud and on road. Im just looking for a tire that would be awsome in the mud, and have some what nice road manners

I have 33x12.50x15 tsl radials. They arent that loud to me but alot of my friends say that they are loud. they do good in the mud, the only time that I have gotten suck so far was because both my axles got really dug into the mud. they do fine onroad and the only time i've slipped in the rain is when i took off too fast.
