spare tire rules

this may be a dumb question. but i would like to get a spare tire for my jeep for this winter. i have had them for a little wile now. and still have around 80 to 90% tread left. if i was to get a new one would that mess up driveability and 4wheel drive having that odd tire?

About the same difference as 2-3PSI in a tire, no biggy.
