Ranger wheels and JK wheels compatable?

Hello everyone. I'm kinda new to this stuff. I know that Rangers use a 5 bolt pattern. I found a nice set of wheels on craigslist for cheap that came off a Ranger. Anyone know if these will fit my JK?

Again, sorry for the childish question.

Won't work. Ranger has a 5x4.5" bolt pattern while your JK has a 5x5" bolt pattern.
