Question on changing out wheels...

I'm thinking about changing out my wheels for the winter. Winters and all the salt are tough here.

I currently have the DC1's 15x8 backspacing is 3.65.

Looking at getting some Cragar Soft 8's 15x8 and the backspacing is 4.0.

Would that change how far the tires stick out? Anything else I have to consider?

Your tires would stick out less by .35"...

They'll stick out slightly less.I ran my DC-1's on salty roads for a couple years.I kept them polished with Eagle One and washed the salt off daily and they held up fine.

Every 3 months.Eagle one has an Anti Corrossive agent in it(in case you have any nicks or scratches). It goes on much easier than the Mother's polish I used to use.

Thanks man. I'll pick some up. I would much rather spend the money on other mods so I may just run mine year round then...
