plastic dip rough finish ?

Plastic dip spray on wheeels today . As I apply notice a rough texture except in areas that get heavily cover . Light coats for easy removal I thought. And don't want any runs. Well it ain't lookin good so far. Shld I keep applying and c or did I f up

i watched a video on youtube that stated the first coat should have 50/50 transparency to make sure it bonds good. i would assume the coats after should be thicker.
Love is like a fart if you push to hard it's probably shee-it!
