OEM lug nuts w/new wheels plus back space ?

I am planning on getting some black steel wheels by cragar and was curious if I need to order new lug nuts.
Also with 4 inch back spacing how far will 32x11.5 tires stick out past fender flares?

Lugs should still work - mine did. Will stick out about 1-1/2 to 2", my guess since 12.50's stick out about 2+".

I know its not the same size tire, but this might help, Ive got 33x12.5 on a 15x8 with a 4.5 backspacing and only hang out past the flare maybe 1.5 inches.. and clear all but my sway bar on a hard lock left or right turn...
